Established in 1993, Floyd Management & Realty, Inc. has been a cornerstone of the Granville County community for over three decades. Specializing in residential property management across Granville, Vance, and Franklin counties.
In 2001, the business was purchased by Cynthia and Ronald Currin, lifelong residents of Oxford. Under their leadership, the company has flourished through a hands-on approach and a deep-rooted knowledge of the local market.
Cynthia and Ronald work closely with every owner to develop strategies that maximize rental income and ensure every property reaches its full potential.

Melissa, daughter of owners Cynthia and Ronald Currin, brings over 16 years of full-time experience to the company. Having grown with the company, Melissa possesses a comprehensive understanding of every facet of our business, overseeing daily operations including our internal systems, accounting, and marketing. She works to ensure seamless internal workflows and is committed to providing every client with prompt, professional service. Melissa is dedicated to maintaining the high standards of service established by her parents, ensuring every client interaction is seamless and professional.
Kim Jones
Kim has been the welcoming face of our office for over 20 years. Beloved by owners and tenants alike, she bridges the gap between property care and personal connection. She takes care of our tenants by handling their maintenance issues and payment questions. Her positive nature and attention to detail ensure that our office runs like clockwork every single day. Whether she’s coordinating a repair or helping a new resident settle in, Kim approaches every task with a level of care and professionalism that is truly unmatched.

Emily joined us in 2024. She brings exceptional organization and follow-through to our team, managing communications between prospects, tenants, and vendors to ensure no detail is overlooked.
